Truly nice place to hang, especially the monarch ocean pub, excellent happy hour dishes and prices, good wine, great view, super sunsets and a personal touch and announcement from the owner via microphone.. makes it very special. Truly a nice place

I stopped by the Paris Cafe within here. The rest of the stores are perfect for women buying and looking at stuff as they do. I dont know how much there is Herr for guys except sightseeing, so bring your sunglasses.

Patio cocktail before lunch at Monarch Ocean Pub. Great atmosphere. Food was very good, although they ran out of pastrami at 1PM on Saturday? Will definitely go back!

The shopping and restart are fairly good but trying to get your car out of the garage is very aggravating and stressful. The ticket machine is very difficult to use and there is no attendant. I would visit the shopping center more often but dred trying to get out of the garage. Fix your ticket machines or hire an attendant to provide assistance. This has been an ongoing problem for several years!!!

Great rooftop I would say to relax, enjoy live music, watch amazing sunsets and have a few cocktails while waiting for your reservation to several connected restaurants. Or small retail shopping stores. This place has amazing ocean views. Just an excellent outdoor environment.

Lots of great places to eat here and the view of the ocean is fantastic! We went to Pacifica and we were treated to an amazing sunset! The fish tacos were tasty! UPDATE Still great! Monarch very lively and very loud. Good food. UPDATE: fun St Patrick's day happy hour! UPDATE- BUSY AS USUAL LAST FRIDAY NIGHT!
